This contract consists of providing general contractor services for minor construction projects throughout the County. This request seeks to transfer existing funds from Contract 1191815 (Greenheart) to Contract No. 119181 (Kissberg) to assist in the completion of upcoming projects. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on November 19, 2019 to five (5) vendors, for a total amount not to exceed $825,000.00. On November 10, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for a total amount not to exceed $2,160,000.00 to fund additional projects. On February 9, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 for a total amount not to exceed $1,100,000.00 to fund additional projects utilizing SPLOST funds and raised individual project limit to $500,000.00. On August 10, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 for a total amount not to exceed $2,000,000.00 to fund additional projects.
