PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 27, 2021, to two (2) vendors for a total amount not to exceed $535,000.00. On October 26, 2021, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to for a total amount not to exceed $250,000.00 to complete projects at Oakcreek, Flat Shoals and Bouldercrest Parks, Porter Sanford and needed graffiti removal. On April 26, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $1,315,000.00. On April 25, 2023, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal option for a total amount not to exceed $1,476,000.00. This request is to increase contract funds and term through December 31, 2024.
