PURPOSE:
To consider approving the addition to the fleet of three additional law enforcement sedans for the District Attorney’s Investigations Unit, to be fully purchased from grant funds; and
To authorize the CEO to execute all necessary documents.
NEED/IMPACT:
The Office of the District Attorney is seeking approval for the addition to the fleet of three law enforcement sedans. Each vehicle will be purchased from a different federal grant for which the granting agency approved the purchase in the submitted budget. The grants were previously approved by the BOC. Grants, agenda item numbers of original BOC approval, and BOC approval dates are as follows:

FISCAL IMPACT:
Grant funds will be utilized to purchase the vehicles, with no match required. No additional funds are being requested.
