PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 11, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $706,635.00. This contract consists of the installation of valves and wet taps for fire hydrant repairs. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025. This will allow continued services under the contract. A new procurement will be forthcoming.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Georgia Hydrant Services, Inc., 2404 Lance Ct. Loganville, GA 30052
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change orders and all associated documents.
