PURPOSE:
Awarded on June 1, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $65,000.00. On June 14, 2022, the BOC approved the 1st renewal for an amount not to exceed $65,000.00. On June 13, 2023, the BOC approved the 2nd renewal for an amount not to exceed $10,000.00. This contract consists of providing maintenance and repair of the Snapfinger Creek Facility pump drafts LCC 1, LCC 2, and LCC 3, which are mandated by Consent Decree. This request seeks to increase the contract funds and term through June 30, 2025.
