PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on July 13, 2021, for an amount not to exceed $19,080,375.00. This contract consists of labor and materials for the restoration of property, to include: concrete installation, sodding, and landscaping services. This request seeks to increase the contract term through December 31, 2025. This will allow continued restoration of property damaged, harmed, changed or otherwise affected by the activities of DWM until a new procurement is completed.

Autaco Development, LLC, 3099 Washington Road, East Point, GA 30344
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents
