PURPOSE:
Application of Erica Morgan for a Special Land Use Permit (SLUP) to allow single-family attached townhomes in Tier 3 of the Bouldercrest Overlay District, the Soapstone Historic District, and the R-100 (Residential Medium Lot-100) zoning district.

PLANNING STAFF: (September recommendation) Full Cycle Deferral.

STAFF ANALYSIS: Due to community concerns raised at the Community Council District 3 meeting, the applicant is requesting a full cycle deferral (see attached) to consider potential changes to the application to address some of the concerns. Therefore, it is the recommendation of the Planning & Sustainability Department that the application be "Deferred, Full Cycle to the November 2024 zoning agenda".
