PURPOSE:
State law requires the County to adopt a list of projects to be funded with the proceeds from the SPLOST. With enactment of this Resolution, the Board of Commissioners is setting a list of policy priorities to guide the development of a County project list for the SPLOST/EHOST referendum.
NEED/IMPACT:
Setting policy priorities for SPLOST Project List is in the best interests of the County.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Not known at this time.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
To adopt the attached resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
