PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on September 24, 2013 for an amount not to exceed $3,950,877.24. On March 10, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 on added seven (7) locations with armed services and changed one (1) location from unarmed to armed services. On November 10, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to add one (1) location due to the relocation of Utility Customer Operations (UCO). This request is to increase the contract amount due to past and current increased demand for services.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 to increase the contract amount with:
All(n)1 Security Services, Inc., 3915 Cascade Road, Suite 340, Atlanta, GA 30331
Amount Not To Exceed: $1,383,200.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Office to execute the change order and all associated documents.
