PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 12, 2012 for an amount not to exceed $1,800,000.00. On March 10, 2015, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to extend the contract term to December 31, 2017. Consent to assignment was executed on May 28, 2015 to document the Contractor's name change. On November 15, 2016, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to extend the contract term, modify the scope of work to include additional floodplain locations and increase the contract amount by $500,000.00. These services remain critical to the fulfillment of the Cooperative Technical Partnership Agreement with FEMA and the Georgia Environmental Protection Division which requires up-to-date floodplain analysis and mapping. This request is to increase the contract amount and extend the contract term December 31, 2020.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Dewberry Consultants LLC, 8401 Arlington Boulevard, Fairfax, VA 22301
Amount Not To Exceed: $750,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
