PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 13, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $357,048.30. On June 6, 2016, the BOC approved the consent to assignment to change the contractor’s name from Exelis, Inc. to Harris Corporation. These services remain critical to the continuous goal of the Airport safety. This request is to increase the contract amount and extend the contract term to June 30, 2019 to allow time for a new procurement to be processed.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Harris Corporation, 1025 West NASA Blvd., MS A-12A, Melbourne, FL 32919
Amount Not To Exceed: $40,842.03
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
