PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 25, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $6,080,104.65. This contract consists of extending Lithonia Industrial Boulevard south from its intersection with Interstate 20 eastbound ramp to Woodrow Road. This request is to extend the contract term to February 28, 2019 to compensate for the time utilized for the redesign of part of the new water line that was originally included in the construction contract.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
E. R. Snell Contractor, Inc., 1785 Oak Road, Snellville, GA 30078
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
