PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 28, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $4,406,225.08. This request is to extend the contract term through June 30, 2019 to allow for the completion of the project that was delayed due to conflicts with existing underground utilities being encountered during construction.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
BRTU Construction, Inc., 6105 Lee’s Mill Road, Forest Park, GA 30297
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
