PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on May 26, 2015 for an amount not to exceed $1,248,435.00. This contract consists of providing financial advisors to assist the County in developing and implementing strategies to meet its long-term financial needs. This request is to extend the contract through December 31, 2019 to adequately refine and revise scope of services for processing of a new solicitation.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Public Financial Management, Inc., 600 Peachtree Street NE, Suite 3770, Atlanta, GA 30308
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
