PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 5, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $210,000.00. This request is to increase the contract amount and extend the contract term through June 30, 2020. The change to the contract expiration date eliminates the conflict associated with planning the County’s agenda for the upcoming legislative session while processing a RFP for the next contract award. The shift in the expiration date will ensure continuity in the legislative planning process.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Dentons US, LLP, 303 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 5300, Atlanta, GA 30308
Amount Not To Exceed: $315,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
