PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 5, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $218,000.00. This request is for additional funding to cover costs for the emergency installation of a chain link safety fence to surround the bio-retention pond.
RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Barfield Holt Construction, LLC, 112 Puckett Court, Canton, GA 30115
Amount Not To Exceed: $37,983.53
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
