PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on January 24, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $350,000.00. On November 14, 2017, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option for an amount not to exceed $665,000.00. On May 8, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $765,000.00 to cover the remaining renewal term of the contract and ratification of PO 1097604. This request is to exercise the 2nd renewal option.
