PURPOSE:
To transfer $65,000 from 2001 Parks Bond District 4 account 100629.80314.541100.05.600012 to set up and fund an account for Avondale Dunaire Park Development
NEED/IMPACT:
The funds are needed to complete a master plan for capital development at Avondale Dunaire Park. With the addition of the 14 acres property at 817 George Luther Drive that expand Avondale Dunaire Park, the Recreation, Parks and Cultural Affairs department would like to invest in a master plan to determine the best use for the expanded park.
FISCAL IMPACT:
No impact to the operating budget. Project to be funded by 2001 Parks Bond District 4.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend that funds in the amount of $65,000 be transferred from 2001 Parks Bond District 4 account 100629.80314.541100.05.600012 to set up and fund an account for Avondale Dunaire Park Development and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all the necessary documents and contracts for the completion of the project.
