RFP - Request for Proposals No. 18-500506: Internal Affairs Software Solution (Multiyear Contract) for use by Police Services (PS). Consists of a comprehensive software solution that meets the Communications Assistance for Law Enforcement Act (CALEA) requirements and support public safety operations to mitigate regulatory and compliance risks. PURPOSE:
Consists of providing a customized comprehensive software solution for tracking of body camera activity, use of force, disciplinary action recommendation, part-time job requests, officer involved vehicle accidents/pursuits, drug screening, line-level complaints and officer injury reports. This software solution will also be utilized to generate documents, reports, early intervention platforms and alerts, field level review and approval of documents and notification of event/case management. The software solution will be accessible via desktop computer and police mobile units. This system includes maintenance, upgrades, enhancements and support. One (1) proposal was received.
