PURPOSE:
To consider approval of the termination of Standardized Office Space Agreement for Office 2J with Inspire Aviation Foundation, Inc., effective August 31, 2019; and to consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the termination.
NEED/IMPACT:
In compliance with Section 4.C, Failure of Lessee to Pay, the Airport as Lessor desires to terminate the Standardized Office Space Agreement for Office 2J, effective August 31, 2019, because of failure of Lessee to pay rentals when due.
FISCAL IMPACT:
There is no cost to the County.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
