PURPOSE:
Consists of providing tiered assessments of the sanitary sewer system's manholes and small diameter pipes utilizing CCTV and acoustic inspections and smoke and dye testing; cleaning; as well as locating, adjusting, and replacement of manholes and covers. The assessment of small diameter lines, manholes, and stream encroachments will assist in establishing work priorities by identifying structural and maintenance deficiencies within the sewer system. Sanitary sewer collection system performance will also be improved through the reduction of sanitary sewer overflows (SSO) and inflow and infiltration as well as an increase in flow capacity. Six (6) bids were received.

Recommend multi-award to the two (2) overall lowest, responsive and responsible bidders:
