This contract consists of providing all banking and financial services and earnings on cash accounts. This request is for the consent to assignment to transfer the lockbox services awarded to Wells Fargo, National Association, Inc. Recommend approval of consent to assignment to Deluxe Corp. d/b/a REMITCO. Amount Not To Exceed $216,000.00.

PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 25, 2013 for an amount not to exceed $1,000,000.00. On November 13, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00. On May 1, 2019, Wells Fargo assigned the lockbox services provisions to Deluxe Corp. d/b/a REMITCO. This request is to transfer the lockbox services to Deluxe Corp. d/b/a REMITCO with an expiration date of December 31, 2021 to align with the County’s implementation of a new billing system that requires significant County resources. Wells Fargo will continue to provide the other financial banking services requested in Change Order No. 2 submitted for BOC approval agenda item no. 2019-4402.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 3 with:
Deluxe Corp. d/b/a REMITCO, 400 Westwood Dr., Suite 100, Wausau, WI, 54401
Amount Not To Exceed: $216,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
