PURPOSE:
To accept rental revenue from the Georgia Department of Family and Children Services (DFACS) for the periods: January, 2019 through March, 2019 totaling $193,882.14; April, 2019 through June, 2019 totaling $193,882.14 and July, 2019 through September, 2019 totaling $193,882.14, plus all remaining rental payments and appropriate those funds for Facilities Management to conduct maintenance and repair work at the Sams Street Facility occupied by DFACS. NEED/IMPACT:
The current plan is for DeKalb County employees to occupy the DFACS building, in the near future. The above funds will be used to address the roof.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The acceptance and appropriation of DFACS rental revenue to repair the DFACS building results in a net budget impact of zero dollars.
