PURPOSE:
This software allows County employees in the field the access to view illustrative maps of various locations throughout the County as required by the Federal Consent Decree. The Cityworks software is a sole source product, designed, created and owned by Azteca Systems, LLC including the copyrights, trademarks for Cityworks and Empowering GIS in the United States and elsewhere. This request is for the renewal of the current licenses and for additional enterprise licenses.

Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the Sole Source with:
Azteca Systems, LLC, 11075 South State Street, #24, Sandy, UT 84070
Amount Not To Exceed: $646,750.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
