PURPOSE:
To ratify a contract for consulting services with A P Triton Consulting of Sacramento, California to the term of the contract to December 31, 2019 including providing technical advisement.
The scope of work also included the following:
A. AP Triton assisted with developing a DRAFT Request for Proposal (RFP) that was used for solicitation to private EMS ambulance providers.
B. AP Triton assisted DeKalb County Fire Rescue with answering technical questions during the RFP process that are within the scope of the RFP, the final report or professional expertise of the consultants.

Recommend approval of the ratification for services rendered with:
A P Triton Consulting of Sacramento, CA
FISCAL IMPACT:
Amount not to exceed $75,000 impacting Fire Fund

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
