PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on December 16, 2014 for an amount not to exceed $312,000.00. This contract supports the administration of the BFLDP, elite training offered to develop leaders who will help transform government. The training requires a one-year commitment and includes a comprehensive ten-session program designed to develop and prepare employees with leadership potential for higher level opportunities in county government. This request is to extend the contract term to December 31, 2020 and to increase the contract amount.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Board of Regents of the University System of Georgia, University of Georgia - Carl Vinson Institute of Government, 201 North Milledge Avenue, Athens, GA 30602
Amount Not To Exceed: $87,790.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
