PURPOSE:

Transfer of $1 Million dollars of District 4 Park Bond Funds to set up an account for Avondale Dunaire Park account for capital improvements.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

Capital improvements to include fields, stormwater management, paving, retaining wall, clearing and demobilization and other improvements approved in the Avondale Dunaire Master Plan.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:

Recommended Action

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
