Allocation of $345,000 dollars from District 4 Park Bond Funds for capital improvements at Needham Park- Phase 1.
NEED/IMPACT:
Stream Restoration, entry plaza and path improvements and other capital improvements approved in the Master Plan- Phase 1.

To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents.
