PURPOSE:
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to purchase approximately 0.3 acre property at 4075 Old River Road 15-028-05-003 and 0.2 acre property at 4071 Old River Road 15-028-05-010.
NEED/IMPACT:
These properties are adjacent to County Line Park and will be used to expand the park and provide additional recreation opportunities. Total cost to acquire the properties including due diligence is not to exceed $45,000
FISCAL IMPACT:
Total project cost of $45,000
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Authorize the Chief Executive Officer to purchase approximately 0.3 acre property at 4075 Old River Road 15-028-05-003 and 0.2 acre property at 4071 Old River Road 15-028-05-010, subject to completion of due diligence; and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute all necessary documents.
