PURPOSE:
To appropriate District 1 reserve for appropriation funds for the building of Lake Erin Dock ($50,000) and Red Trail Bridge ($30,760) at Henderson Park.
NEED/IMPACT:
To appropriate funds for the building of a dock on Lake Erin and a bridge on the Red trail at Henderson Park.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Increase appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - General Fund - Other Miscellaneous Payments (09110.573099.100.0000.0000) - $80,760
Decrease appropriations for the following account by the amount indicated below:
Non-Departmental - General Fund - Reserve for Appropriation (09110.579002.100.0000.0000) - $80,760

Recommended Action
To approve the resolution and authorize the chief executive officer to execute all necessary documents to make payment to the City of Tucker in the amount of $80,760.
