PURPOSE:

To advise the Delegation regarding maters coming before the General Assembly that affect DeKalb County.

 

NEED/IMPACT:

The Board of Ethics cannot create a quorum and therefore cannot function effectively. The voters of DeKalb have demonstrated a desire for strong ethics legislation and have rejected significant changes to the existing ethics code.

 

FISCAL IMPACT:
