PURPOSE:

House Bill 316 mandates the use of a uniform Ballot Marking Device (BMD) voting system throughout the State of Georgia. Ballots marked by these devices are printed on security paper. On January 24, 2020, the State issued a directive mandating that all security paper must be provided by Dominion Voting Systems Inc.
