PURPOSE:

Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Sourcewell (formerly known as NJPA) cooperative agreement for the purchase of five (5) pavilions to be installed at the Panola-Salem, Redan-Trotti, Stonecrest, Hairston Crossing, and Lithonia libraries.

 

RECOMMENDATION:

Recommend approval to purchase from Sourcewell Contract No. 030117-PPC with:

 

Hasley Recreation, Inc. c/o Poligon by PorterCorp, 4240 136th Ave., Holland, MI 49424

 

Amount Not To Exceed: $158,756.25
