PURPOSE:
On November 19, 2019, the BOC approved Agenda Item No. 2019-4342 for Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 10-902074 to add additional services and licenses. Oracle has since advised that they will not accept Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 10-902074 and are now requiring the County execute Change Order No. 1 to Contract No. 1000846 in lieu thereof. The project consists of professional services to migrate Oracle FMIS and PeopleSoft to the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. Project scope and cost does not change. The only change is the contract the work will be performed under. This request is to amend the approval of Agenda Item No. 2019-4342 to state the contract being amended is Contract No. 1000846.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of the change to Agenda Item 2019-4342 with:
Oracle America, Inc. 500 Oracle Pkwy., Red Shores, CA 94065
Amount Not To Exceed $661,038.79
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
