PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on March 8, 2016 for a total amount not to exceed $2,172,000.00. On April 25, 2017, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $3,000,000.00. On January 9, 2018, the BOC approved Change Order No. 2 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $5,000,000.00. On August 27, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 3 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $1,206,266.00. On December 10, 2019, the BOC approved Change Order No. 4 to increase the contracts by a total amount not to exceed $1,778,790.00 and extend the contract term to March 31, 2020. This request is to extend the contracts on a month-to-month basis not to exceed 90 days and to increase the contract amount for CPA 1016091 for an estimated amount of $1,095,691.88 per month not to exceed $3,287,075.64 to allow continued services as the award process for the new contract(s) is completed.
