PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on August 27, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $1,200,000.00. On January 28, 2020, the BOC approved Change Order No. 1 to increase Contract No. 1174324 with Lose Design by an amount not to exceed $150,000.00 to complete the 10-year Comprehensive Master Plan and other projects assigned. This request is to increase each contract amount by $250,000.00 to fund upcoming projects in 2020.
