PURPOSE:
Consists of providing programming, design and construction administration services for the renovation of two (2) existing office buildings located at 178 Sams Street on a 7.34-acre tract. Services also include creation of a feasibility study for a proposal to further develop the site with a new 3-story, 150,000 SF building and a multi-tiered parking garage. Eight (8) proposals were received.
