PURPOSE:
DWM is requesting additional funding to the City of Dunwoody project under the approved Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) for the Mount Vernon Road at Vermack Road Intersection improvements that are associated with Watershed Management in the amount of $39,831.61. City of Dunwoody original quote submitted for DWM portion being $400,600 however CMES submitted a change to City of Dunwoody in the amount of $39,831.61 bringing the final cost to $440,431.61 for Mount Vernon Road at Vermack Road Intersection improvements.
NEED/IMPACT:
The County has agreed to pay the cost of completing the work the City of Dunwoody project for Mount Vernon Road at Vermack Road Intersection improvements. This will ensure that there are adequate funds on this agreement to enable the contractor to continue working on our water and sewer installation/adjustments.

Authorize payment to the City of Dunwoody in amount not to exceed the following listed amount, for water installation and adjustments associated with the following projects; and to authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute an agreement allowing for these payments and to execute all necessary documents to complete these transactions: Mount Vernon Road & Vermack Road Intersection Improvements.
