PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution declaring the property located at 5932 East Ponce de Leon Avenue, Stone Mountain, GA, 30083, Parcel Identification Number 18-125-01-022, as surplus, and authorizing the sale to an abutting property owner.
NEED/IMPACT:
The petitioner, Tucker Land Group, LLC, has requested this property to be declared surplus. The property is owned by DeKalb County and the Property Appraisal Department has assessed the value of this property to be $24,000.00. Sale of this property would return it to the tax roll.
