PURPOSE:
To consider adopting the attached resolution declaring the property located at 338 Ponce de Leon Place, Decatur, GA, 30030, Parcel Identification Number 15-245-01-109, as surplus, and authorizing the sale to the highest bidder.
NEED/IMPACT:
DeKalb County Department of Watershed has requested this property to be declared surplus. The property is owned by DeKalb County and the Property Appraisal Department has assessed the value of this property to be $641,350.00. Sale of this property would return it to the tax roll.
