PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on March 31, 2020 for eight (8) truck tractors with 5th wheels for an amount not to exceed $1,453,264.00. Consists of the purchase of two (2) additional truck tractors with 5th wheels to be used to pull the loaded refuse trailers to the Seminole landfill.  These are replacement units under the seven (7) year replacement schedule approved for the 2020 budget.

Recommend approval to purchase two (2) additional units under the same price, terms and conditions as the units purchased and approved by the BOC on March 31, 2020 with:

Peterbilt of Atlanta, LLC., 2395 Old 41 Hwy., NW, Kennesaw, GA  30144

Amount Not To Exceed:  $363,316.00
