PURPOSE:
To consider approving a Consent to Sublease by Pope Retail Properties, LLC to Fiesta Trucks, Inc. and,
To consider authorizing the Chief Executive Officer to execute the Consent to Sublease.
NEED/IMPACT:
On January 24, 2012, the County and the Airport entered into a revenue generating Lease Agreement with Pope Retail Properties, LLC for Lease Tract A and Lease Tract B. Pope Retail Properties, LLC desires to sublease a portion of the leased premises to Fiesta Trucks, Inc., in accordance with Section 26 of the Lease Agreement. As a result of the sublease agreement, substantial benefit will inure to the public.
The County Attorney has reviewed the document and approved it as to form, contingent upon approval by the Governing Authority.
The document is in Purchasing and Contracting Department.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This is a revenue generating initiative. There is no cost to the County.
