PURPOSE:
Award by the BOC on December 5, 2017 for an amount not exceed $210,000.00. Change Order No.1 was to increase the contract amount and extend the contract term through June 30, 2020 for an amount not to exceed $315,000.00. This request is to increase the contract amount and extend the contract term through December 31, 2021 for an amount not to exceed $360,000.00.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval of Change Order No. 2 with:
Dentons US, LLP, 303 Peachtree Street, NE, Suite 5300, Atlanta, GA 30308.
Amount Not to Exceed: $360,000.00
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all associated documents.
