This contract consists of design build services to perform gravity sewer system rehabilitation or upsizing under the Consent Decree. This request is to extend the contract term through June 30, 2021. PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on April 11, 2017 for an amount not to exceed $28,247,305.50. This contract consists of design build services to include; CCTV and/or TISCIT pipe assessments, cured-in-place pipe lining, pipe point repairs, pipe replacements utilizing either open-cut or pipe-bursting methods, and manhole rehabilitation. This request, to extend the contract term through June 30, 2021, will allow for the continuation of existing services as well as minimize sewer spills through the addition of flow capacity to the County’s Sanitary Sewer System.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 with:
Brown and Caldwell Constructors, Inc., 990 Hammond Drive, Atlanta, Ga 30328
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the change order and all necessary documents
