PURPOSE:
These protocols created by the International Academy of Emergency Dispatch (IAED) are used to standardize how first responders communicate and provide lifesaving instructions when citizens call for help. The company integrates these protocols with the technology of ProQA® software currently in use by the County. This request is to establish a 3-year agreement for the annual maintenance of the protocol systems.

Priority Dispatch Corporation, 110 Regent Street, Suite 500, Salt Lake City, UT 84111
Amount Not To Exceed: $183,600.00
and authorize the CEO to execute the contract and all associated documents.
