PURPOSE:
Awarded by the BOC on June 25, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $450,000.00. A business decision was made to terminate due to services not being delivered in accordance with requirements of the contract. This request is to terminate the contract for convenience in accordance with the mutual agreement between the County and the vendor.
