PURPOSE:
Consists of piggybacking off the competitively let Statewide Contract (SWC) for software licenses and technical support to cover all existing Microsoft Corporation proprietary products utilized by the County. It also includes financing the annual true-up expenses for additional software license and maintenance required for new system installations. Since 2005, the County has entered into a Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with an authorized Microsoft reseller listed on the SWC.
RECOMMENDATION:
Recommended Action
Recommend approval to purchase from SWC 99999-SPD-SPD0000060-0004 with:
CDW Government, LLC, 230 N. Milwaukee Ave. Vernon Hills, IL 60061
Amount Not To Exceed: $10,226,232.48
and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contracts and all the associated documents.
