PURPOSE:
Consists of the remediation at the Former DOT Maintenance Yard property to include site preparation, ACM/LBP abatement, excavation, soil treatment, off-site soil transportation and appropriate landfill disposal, backfilling and site restoration. It will also include asbestos and lead based paint abatement of on-site structures. One (1) bid was received.

and authorize the Chief Executive Officer to execute the contract and all associated documents.
