PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on May 26, 2020 to Duininck, Inc. for an amount not to exceed $190,000.00.  Due to budget constraints, the County exercised its option to reduce the square footage for the project.  On June 16, 2020, Duininck, Inc. submitted a request for a price increase per square foot in writing to the County citing that it would not be profitable to proceed. This request is to rescind the award to Duninck, Inc.
