PURPOSE:

Awarded by the BOC on February 26, 2019 for an amount not to exceed $350,000.00.  On September 11, 2019, the BOC approved the 1st renewal option.  This contract consists of piggybacking off the OMNIA Partners (formerly National Intergovernmental Purchasing Alliance (NIPA) competitively-let cooperative agreement, Lead Agency, Region 4 Education Service Center (ESC) to provide supplemental HVAC equipment, installation, service and related products.  This contract supplements the County’s current contracts to ensure continuous equipment operation and services.  This request is to extend the contract term to coincide with the extension as provided by OMNIA due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Recommend approval of Change Order No. 1 to extend the term of the contract to December 31, 2020 with:
